On November 29, Shanxi’s first pedestrian-vehicle separated double-deck steel landscape bridge—the He Fen Yi Road Bridge over the Fen River—successfully passed final inspection. The project was undertaken by the Seventh Company of Shanghai Civil Engineering Co,.Ltd. Of CREC.
The bridge is located in the northern section of the express ring road in Linfen City and serves as a key node project for the He Fen Yi Road expressway. It spans 320 meters in length and 40 meters in width, featuring a unique under-deck tied-arch design with three continuous arches. The span layout is (100+140+80) meters. The upper deck accommodates motor vehicles, while the lower deck is designated for pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles.
